    About This Course

    ISO 9001 is the most widely adopted management system standard in the world, and for many organisations it is the first formal quality framework they put in place. It sets out how an organisation plans, controls and improves the work that determines whether its products and services meet the requirements customers and regulators expect.

    This foundation course introduces the concepts and vocabulary of a quality management system and works through the structure of the standard clause by clause, from the context of the organisation and leadership responsibilities to operation, performance evaluation and improvement.

    Participants leave able to follow an ISO 9001 discussion with confidence, understand what conformity would require of their own organisation, and contribute usefully to an implementation team.

    Upon completing the training course, you can sit the certification examination. After passing, you will hold the PECB Certificate in ISO 9001 Foundation, together with an attestation worth 14 CPD credits.
