    About This Course

The ISO 37000 Corporate Governance Manager training course equips participants to apply the international standard for the governance of organisations in practice. It moves beyond principles into the work of governing: setting purpose, agreeing the value model, exercising oversight and holding an organisation accountable for the outcomes it produces.

Over four days, participants examine each of the ISO 37000 governance principles and the practices that give effect to them, and consider how a governing body discharges its duties in real organisational conditions — competing stakeholder claims, imperfect information and the tension between short-term performance and long-term viability.

The course is delivered live online or in the classroom by trainers active in governance practice. It concludes with the PECB examination leading to the Certified ISO 37000 Corporate Governance Manager credential.
